Site needs an area/button that can be used to exit the site immediately. We can have it go to a weather channel or Buzzfeed.

I'm thinking a quick popup also to walkthrough private browsing shortcuts/ ideas.e.g. no local history

Let's not make it look like this. I like Rene's idea of having it be a small box that moves as you scroll down the page.
