The client profile is a label sent to the SCEP server which identifies a CA in 
the requested CA cert chain
    typically. 
    Trust point fred.com (or empty) it the issuing CA
    root.fred.com (as used by VeriSign) relates to the root CA
    There is no standard as yet for ICAs, typically agreed with client and provider. 

It would be useful if the profile value in the client could be changed between 
multiple calls to getCA and getNextCA. Or have a default value and the ability 
to temporarily override the value when required.
