Application still open after close through Taskbar (Not correct closing / disposing) #2129

Issue description

  1. Write an vbnet app with Videoplayer
  2. Start application
  3. Close application through taskbar > right click > close
  4. Check your taskmanager > Application is still there

When I remove the video player crontol or remove all accord.dll's from my project and start / close the application again the behavior is corrcet.

I think the application is not correct closing / disposing the VideoPlayer Source.
