feat(markdown) support multiple key/value attributes on a block

Closes #544

Adds the following attributes to the JoinDefinition node:

• type
• style
• locale

Changes

• Changes to the markdown-it-template parser to support arbitrary numbers of key/value arguments within a block. Previously we were limited to a single argument. E.g. as for the formatting string.
• Map the join arguments to the JoinDefinition model
• Updates the parser to set the type of the Code node to the new TYPESCRIPT value, which should be the native type within the template
• Add some tests

Flags

• The parser is now more permissive. Some invalid arguments that would have been rejected by the regex will now silently drop the argument
