Adds new code gen targets
Use Concerto v3.6.0
Tidies up the view templates (somewhat!)
Adds version 1.0.0 of the concerto metamodel
Adds new versions of CiceroMark and TemplateMark that import types from version 1.0.0 of the metamodel
