Michael expressed need to update AP web site with respect to Membership.

Need to figure out what AP want to do with "membership"

Tom to start the ball rolling and discuss with Michael. Would be ideal to have additional admin support or developers to assist maintainers. Therefore, funding via some sort of "Membership" option.
