Related to #53, we first need to understand our community. I like the approach advocated here, https://twitter.com/MillyTamati/status/1577238406224318464

We already have strong answers in many of these dimensions (Code of Conduct, Governance, Tech Stack etc.), however, we are weaker in dimensions such as DEI policies, WHY?, Outcomes

We should ensure that we have a documented policy or response to each of the dimensions listed.
