Concerto 1.0 has removed the ability to maintain timezone offset in input data.
In addition, it would be nice to have the ability to specify a legal timezone for a template. (e.g., America/New_YorkAntarctica/DumontDUrville)
Possibly, we may want to have the ability to indicate timezone constraints as part of the template if any. Although maybe that would be more related to jurisdiction.
