feat: added blank(new) template sample

Closes #105

Added a blank template option to the sample templates list in the Learning Pathway, allowing new users to start from scratch and experiment with template creation.

Changes

• Added a blank template option in the sample templates list.
• New users can navigate to a blank template from the Learning Pathway.
