Improve folder structure and remove dead code/files

This PR arrange all the files to their respective directories so that the codebase becomes modular and the management of codebase becomes easier as it grows.

Some things I've worked on :

[x] Moving css into src/styles, logos into public/logos, components into src/components. Zustand store to src/store.
[x] Removing empty/unused files like vite.svg, index.css
[x] Add some rules to .eslintrc.cjs
[x] Adding monaco-editor to package.json
[x] Replacing the favicon with accord_logo.png
