feat: cross-browser compatibility #76

Changes

Browserslist configuration and runtime-gen for support browsers.
Babel configuration and polyfills added to ensure compatibility with the specified browsers.
The package.json file verified and updated to include necessary dependencies for cross-browser compatibility.
