structure: libcore (no deps) + liboptim (deps: Eigen) + libcortex (deps: libdevil + libarchive)
cmake & build scripts: configurable modules
maybe have libcore header-only: tensor, math, thread/parallel, text, bench...

Not needed in the end. However many classes have been fully inlined.
