synthetic tasks: task_affine_t, task_parity_t, task_peak2d_t
benchmarks: mnist, fashion mnist, cifar10, cifar100, svhn
refactor the duplicated code to generate folds to task_mem_t
adapt unit tests accordingly
speed-up task loading & checking such that it takes less than 2-3 sec even on debug
