Travis CI setup

• upgrade Eigen to Eigen 3.x to make it compile
• create g++4.9, g++-5, clang++-3.6 build targets
• also run the unit tests (if possible)
• make the build results visible on the github repository

Using Semaphore CI as it actually works with C++14 projects.
