  1. Update CMake and CPack files Synchronize the build system with the other lstore subprojects and allow .deb packages to be built.
  2. Fix open(..) with O_CREATE without mode bits arg I set the mode (permission bits) to be 0660 if a file is created. This was previously undefined. Someone should check that 0660 is reasonable.

Sure, I see now that the things that we fixed overlap. Merge them in whichever order you think will make things easier for you.
