Support developer/organization pages #21

For each developer/organization, there should be a page within Accrescent which lists some developer information along with a list of the apps they're responsible for.

It would also be nice to add the link to the source code like git etc. to these informations.

That will be part of individual app listings for open source apps, in the app's links.
