In this pr:

add support for the --typescript flag in create-accurapp
make typescript compilation fast ⚡️
add types for svg, csv and other custom imports
add possibility to switching to typescript easily from a js-only project, just by renaming index.js to index.tsx
refactor tests and create one e2e test
refactor and simplify create-accurapp and utils files
add eslint-plugin-react-hooks
