Read-Aloud text segments in foundry journals #18

I would like to be able to send a section of text in a Foundry journal as spoken text to the chat.

Ideally with the help of a button that is displayed in the text and then reads out a defined text area via the chat.

It should be possible to optionally specify a voice or an actor who then speaks the text.
