Settings from Admin Panel (ChatHeader) #12

I commented-out a space in the ChatHeader module for a settings tab/ button. I think it would be more User friendly for the Users to be able to modify their personal/account information from here instead of the Homepage. However, I can't be bothered at the moment.

I've added the Settings-tab to the Sidebar-Footer, and I've included the toggle for Theme/appearance (light/dark/system modes).
