add other entities to micro-editor #29

Find out what (other) entities we have and add them to the micro-editor to show/hide them e.g. <choice>

@csae8092 While looking for entities in the body element, I found that in 62 documents, the places and names aren't tagged with rs, but with simply with placeName and persName, should we do something about that in the data or just leave it? e.g. https://github.com/fun-with-editions/akademie-data/blob/main/data/editions/A_0072.xml
