"duplicate" action icons – inconsistent colour scheme #1469

The icons for duplicating objects now use different colours in different places (when they didn't before).

Possibly linked to #1434 (though not mentioned there).

This seems to have changed with v0.31.0.

ah, I guess this is because the apis_entities.css, where object-duplicate is defined, is only included in apis_core/apis_entities/abstractentity.html. We could move the color definitions to core.css, which is included in base.html
