Include notes in TEI serialization #376

It would come in handy to be able to have the contents of the Notes field as a part of the TEI serialization in tei:note.

And yes, https://tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/ref-note.html is allowed as an immediate child element of tei:event|object|org|person|place.
