Change all German labels of "role" related entities/statement/relationships to something more neutral?

if we consider "role" a generic social role and not only an office, the German labels should reflect on this: "Amtseinsetzung" => "Übertragung einer sozialen Rolle", "Amtsenthebung" => "Beendigung einer sozialen Rolle"; etc.

Agree — does the "sozialen Rolle" imply that it is only a social role, or can that also include Offices?
