[SNA component] add possibility to change basic network alorithm attributes (such as the force) #9

currently there is no possibility to change the force(s) for the force-directed-layout in the SNA component. The default setting is fine for a lot of networks, but when the network is very dense the nodes are overlapping. We need sliders for changing the attracting and repulsive forces.
