other than planned before we might want to change the way authors get the bios. it might be easier and better to just send the authors a link including a uuid that allows them to access the bio (similar to GDocs share via link feature). In the backend there still needs to be an account of an author (to link the bio to the author and auto-generate contracts), however communication with authors could run via emails and these links only.
