clarify if leader-line package is actually used somewhere #148

currently, we depend on the leader-line package, which has been deprecated.

it is referenced in https://github.com/acdh-oeaw/apis-oebl-research-tool-front-end/blob/development/src/views/lib/lines.ts but is not clear to me whether this is actually used anywhere.

if we can remove it, we could also clean up https://github.com/acdh-oeaw/apis-oebl-research-tool-front-end/blob/development/src/shims-vue.d.ts#L9 and https://github.com/acdh-oeaw/apis-oebl-research-tool-front-end/blob/development/vue.config.js#L31-L35 and remove the skeleton-loader package
