add possibility to manually issue lobid request #37

Currently lobid requests for mapping GND entries are only issued when files are imported. These requests should also be triggered when clicking on the "GND hinzufügen" button (see screenshot attached). Manually adding the number is working as intended, but there should be the default request using date of birth and name as in the import.
