Rollback of a merge can fail becuase of the identifiers unique constraint

If the resource which was merged and then deleted is restored first, then restoring its identifiers causes identifiers unique constraint conflict.

Fixed quickly by 8b189d0fb2f8193ea9315e2c445334b61b546139 but proper tests should added
