Mark binary resources with `acdh:BinaryResource` class #10

This change will allow us to express domains (for properties, e.g. for default values as well for cardinality rules) in terms of a resource having a binary payload.

As the acdh:BinaryResource <-> arche-core binary resource relation is more complex than expected, this won't be implemented.
