Change logging from cc email to writing to db

• [ ] Replace logging via cc emails to dedicated logging table
• [ ] Remove sending cc emails, once the db-logging is implemented
• [ ] Log (selected) activities of users (low priority, only on demand)

View of the logs already implemented in the dashboard

• [ ] Sorting the list in dashboard from newest to oldest.
