how to qoute with handles #191

@zxenia I added a new app to create/manage handle-id in a quite generic way. I also registered handles for all current editions in the database. @gfranzini and @zxenia maybe you could come up with good way to provide something like: how to quote this entry? Providing some copy-paste string in some standard quotation format?

What about:

"To cite this Catalogue entry, you can adapt the following: Catalogue of Digital Editions: Project name. DOI: ... "

(e.g. Catalogue of Digital Editions: The Thomas Gray Archive. DOI: http://hdl.handle.net/21.11115/0000-000B-D081-7)
