deprecate this application in favor of a github-pages hosted static version

The current application has reached end of life because:

• of its relative big technical overhead
  • mysql-database
  • application server
  • django-code-base
  • and the workflow to deploy changes in e.g. para texts or the code base needing manual intervention (and ssh access to acdh-ch's servers) to go live

Therefore a more lightweight application will be set up which

• bakes out the data from the central csv via GitHub-Workflows into static-html pages
• registers handle-pids for new catalog entries
• searching/browsing will be implemented via https://typesense.org/

This cuts the technical overhead because everything runs via GitHub except some reverse proxy and a typesense-instance. Also updates to the data and/or the para texts can be deployed automatically (e.g. on push/release events)

Thank you for the update, @csae8092. I'm really sorry to see the app go but I understand the need for a more efficient process. How long do you plan on working on this new version, roughly? And what new workflow should I follow to add a new project? Thank you!
