Static content as header for exploration pages #16

In the Entdecken part of the website, there will be combined pages listing dynamic output from the DB but prefaced with some static introductory text. (see #14)

This texts are to be managed via MD-files, either also integrated in the CMS, or as naked MD-files that can be edited directly in the repo. It is to be decided if there should be one file with the list of these texts for all the pages, or one file per page - whichever is easier for frontend to process.

@oliviareichl, can you, please, introduce a corresponding file (or multiple) in the repo and already wire it correctly, so that the texts appear in the right place on the pages.
