The fundament.min.js limits the jQuery version that can be used #15

See https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/30553 . To solve this we would need to update bootstrap (from 4.0.0) and rebuild fundament.min.js . I don't know how to do this and it is not really documented here.
