Create an algorithm for the placement of a newly opened window which may include the rearrangement of the previously opened ones

Requirement:

Window Manager: arrange the windows according to some pre defined layouts (like three column as in TUNICO corpus search)

@simar0at This issue could be closed and the corresponding branch deleted for substantial change in the code base
