Hot-Reload? #16

Hot reloading doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on how to get it working? What's missing?

@ronag https://github.com/rackt/redux-router/commit/467819bd0e979a49e731fad35428c85d0daad877 I had a similar issue, this fixed it for me.
