[BUG] Built-in programs have wrong dates for metadata

Describe the bug / feature When checking the metadata with About, many of the files and built-in programs have erroneous creation dates.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Either click About from the menu bar for an open program, or use Terminal to launch, e.g. about /system/apps/gfx.p64.
2. Check the date metadata.
3. Creation dates are often displayed with impossible values.

Expected behavior Creation dates should be reasonable for all bundled files.

Re-tested with release v0.1.0d on macOS. Issue still exists.
