Update formulation of REQ10 #77

Consistently with draft-ietf-ace-key-groupcomm-18, REQ10 in Appendix A.1 should be updated as follows:

OLD

REQ10 - Register a Resource Type for the root url-path, which is used to discover the correct url to access at the KDC (see Section 4.1 of [I-D.ietf-ace-key-groupcomm]): the Resource Type (rt=) Link Target Attribute value "core.osc.gm" is registered in Section 16.11.

NEW

REQ10 - Register a Resource Type for the group-membership resource, which is used to discover the correct URL for sending a Join Request to the KDC: the Resource Type (rt=) Link Target Attribute value "core.osc.gm" is registered in Section 16.11.
