Clarify C-RS is only MQTT #30

[CS] I see. Yes, I will clarify that - client-RS is MQTT, no HTTPS. Previously we followed the actors draft terminology, and assumed Client has a CAS that does the token request for it. It is still reasonable to constrain client-RS communication to MQTT.

This was described in the intro; added to section 2 intro too (where the protocol choices are re-iterated).
