AD-Review: 05/08/2021 Comment: Section 10.2
I think the DTLS profile needs to be a normative reference, since we defer to it for TLS session set-up.
Likewise, RFC 6234 and RFC 8032 specify MTI algorithms for authentication, which would make them normative.
I changed back the DTLS profile to be informative and created new sections, that explains TLS-RPK and TLS-PSK authentication better and more appropriately to this profile.
This is now fixed, the DTLS profile is normative, DTLS-extend to TLS also referenced.
AD-Review: 05/08/2021 Comment: RFC 8447 probably does not need to be normative; it is just mentioned as the thing that is the reference for the IANA registry of TLS exporter values.
