Add Exceptions #1

This application has no error handling yet. It should be added to every subprocess call at least so they can fail while the rest is running on. Those checks should be accompanied by expressive logging to make sure the error is understood.

Testing wether the checkpoint is there should be accompanied by an exception and meaningful output.

Done for MIMUL_SAM_pirolease and FastSAM_MIMUL. Rest will be posponed to take time for writing process.
