Add meaningfull logging #2

Aside from the general output, this application is lacking meaningful, expressive logging with log levels.

It should be considered to keep the original outputs from FastSAM and PerSAM as they are to keep the focus on the workings of SAM. Other shell output could be limited to what is needed for keeping an overview. Additional output should be directed to a logging file for more details. Best case would be to implement log levels for normal runs and debugging runs.

Done for MIMUL_SAM_pirolease and FastSAM_MIMUL. Rest will be posponed to take time for writing process.
