Clean up alignment on videos page #38

The videos on the recordings page aren't centred within the slide. The fix for this is probably the same as #36 - setting the images to use a flexbox display with an auto margin.

After initial testing, this will not be applied to PDFs. Doing so interferes with the fallback text for mobile browsers.
