Replace menu on mobile #5

The menu is a bit squished and can cover the title, and the dropdown menu doesn't work when simulating a mobile.

I'm starting to think that I should just replace it entirely with a dropdown hamburger menu.

I did the lazy option and adjusted the W3schools responsive dropdown menu: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_responsive_navbar_dropdown.asp

I also had to fix an issue with the dropdown submenu not disappearing when closing the menu. The menu does not close when clicking the main part of the page, but I'd consider that a different ticket.
