In order to continue distributing AceJump on the JetBrains Plugin Repository, a plugin license is now required for GDPR compliance. Do you have any preference @johnlindquist?

@johnlindquist Any objections to GPLv3? We are currently using some GPL code from IdeaVim, so if we want to use Apache or MIT, I think we will need to rewrite this.
