Changed sign-up button CTA wording, removed line break, reversed order of entries #11

I hope this could close the issue of #7 (Reduce the length of the 'join and follow' CTA button.) I also removed one line break to keep up with the formatting of the line above (a and button in one line).

Also this should close the ordering issue of #1 now.
