projectCard and Footer components completed and ready for review

Hey man, here are the ProjectCard and Footer components I've been working on, ready for your review. I installed some icon packages in the process react-icons and @chakra-ui/icons, but I ended up only using react-icons in the end. I'm not entirely sure how to uninstall a package yet and I didn't know the exact changes that have been made to the package-lock.json file so I just left the second package still installed even though it's not being used at the moment. You can show me how to uninstall it later.

Let me know what you think about the components and if there are some aspects I need to make adjustments to. Thanks.
