Component for the Built by Nigerians section of the Homepage. Initial design done; responsiveness is still a bit sketchy and might be subject to review and/or change later.

Also, I removed the margin on the primary and secondary button components and added it back on the index.js page instead. It was interfering with the reusability of the component in other places.
