Project Page with Filter Component Done

Pheeww, this has taken so long, but I'm glad I've finally finished it, for the most part though.
Implemented mobile and desktop design view on the projects page
Implemented the filter component (which I spent the most time working on) on both desktop and mobile views
On Desktop, the filter component shows a list of filterAlphabets from A-Z and sticks just below the navbar on scroll
On Mobile, the filter component takes 3 states: Normal, Stuck, and Expanded
One tiny issue left to take care of still though. Maybe you can share your input on that much later. How to center the last row of a grid item. I'll continue making Google searches and trying to fix it though. But at least now I can proceed to getting other pages done.
