Add docs structure and content

When merged this pull request will:

• Add Tailwind CSS and apply some custom styling
• Add basic structure (Guides, Features, Reference)
• Setup home page
• Fix all images with proper ACE Red #ba2619

@bux Just do whatever is best, but mind I made some edits with Tailwind (colors and borders).

I don't see any UnoCss documentation for Starlight, I just followed Tailwind one.
